Patch for Version 2026 and greater (1.0 MB) (8/19/25) patch info
This is NOT the patch for Payroll version 2025P+, or for any version earlier.  The fixes in file 2026patch.exe should only be downloaded if your applications are currently at Version 2026.  If you are running Version 2025P (or any other version), do not download this patch.  Select link, choose open and then extract – change the drive letter, if necessary.  

Patch for Version 2025Payroll and greater (4.5 MB) (8/10/25) patch info
The fixes in file 2025PPatch.exe should only be downloaded if your applications are currently at Version 2025P+, but not at Version 2026. Do not apply them to Version 2025 or Version 2026, only to Version 2025P+ (v2025P, v2025Q, v2025R).  Select link, choose open and then extract – change the drive letter, if necessary.  This patch includes the 2025 941 program, and program changes for 2025 ND, IA and CO withholding — contact MBA for instructions for IA or CO.

MBA can only guarantee a fully functional and supported application when you are on the latest Business Accounting Plus version.
